I would have loved fresh and updated study material, especially when I started my END program or while preparing to take my board exams. I remember looking for new resources, easier ways to study, and materials that were also inclusive for technologists (not specifically for physicians). I would recheck every few months, hoping someone else felt the same way and that I would find educational materials I was excited about. The results were always the same: a select few books and maybe a new “Neuro Nurse” t-shirt.

I was disappointed and frustrated, and that feeling never truly went away. Instead, it motivated me to create more options for our field and to empower those entering it.
